Behind Sweet Kate are two passions and two kitchens: more than ten years as head chef of a restaurant in Crimea, where every plate demanded precision, pace and heart — and more than five years of home-made custom cakes in Switzerland. Every cake is baked in small numbers, by hand and with a care you can taste. We talk each one through with you personally until the design, size and flavour fit your occasion perfectly.

Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually 2–3 working days after order confirmation. For elaborate or very large cakes it can extend up to 5 working days.
Can you accommodate allergies and intolerances?
Yes — please mention any allergies or intolerances when ordering. We will then discuss together which adjustments to the recipe are possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible up to 24 hours after order confirmation. Get in touch by email or phone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Twint and cash on delivery. Twint is the easiest Swiss payment method and works instantly; alternatively you can pay for your cake in cash when it is delivered.
